Lovely hotel, spacious rooms, beautiful view, helpful staff, convenient location, good WiFi.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable, had a fantastic view and were spotless. The hotel facilities were superb - I especially loved the swimming pool and breakfast buffet. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, helping me out with directions and local tips. Plus, the location was convenient for exploring the nearby national park and village.

The views from the floor-to-ceiling windows were absolutely magnificent. I couldn't get enough of the misty mountains that I could admire right from my room. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. I even got a view of the town, river, and a charming little bridge. The staff here were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to help me with transportation to the Vietnam/Laos border and even exchanged my money when the ATM in town wasn't working. The swimming pool was beautiful, and I enjoyed relaxing by the poolside. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this place. It exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend this place to my family and friends. It's difficult to get to with public transport, but it's worth the effort.

This hotel offers a fantastic break from city life in a scenic area near Pu Mat National Park. Though difficult to reach by public transport, it is well worth the trip. the rooms are spacious and clean with good facilities, and the breakfast buffet has many options. Visitors can enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains, river, and little bridges.

The hotel lacks a clear indication of how to obtain a permit for foreigners to visit certain areas close to the border, despite being near Pu Mat National Park.

The hotel had a nice clean room with a great view of the hills. , there was a convenient supermarket right next door. The hotel is located in a beautiful area with many lovely villages nearby to explore.

the staff was not very helpful in providing recommendations for activities or day trips in the surrounding areas. It was difficult to communicate with them because of the language barrier.

Great place to stay for those who want to explore the nearby national park. Rooms were clean and comfortable with amazing views. the outdoor swimming pool was lovely and not too crowded. the breakfast buffet offered plenty of options for different tastes. the convenience store next door was a bonus. They also had a tennis court and staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel could improve their English language skills for better communication with non-Vietnamese speakers. the hotel lacked guidance and resources for tourists wanting to explore the surrounding areas.
